Please verify that all paperwork needed is filled out properly:

Vehicle Title: |
Confirm that the Title is in the Dealer / Individuals Name and is Signed by Purchaser. |

Bill of Sale: |
Confirm that the Bill of Sale is in the Dealer / Individuals Name and confirm last 6 of VIN number. |

Vehicle Photos: |
Photos need to show the whole car.

Parts Receipts: |
Confirm that all Parts Receipts are in the Dealer / Individuals or Body Shop Name. |

Body Shop Receipt: |
Confirm that the Body Shop receipt has a detailed description of the work done written on it and that the receipt is in Dealer / Individuals Name. |
