Dealer Consulting Services, Inc. was founded by former Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Compliance Examiner, Al Perez.  Mr. Perez also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance and over 20 years of experience directly linked to the automotive industry.  His field of expertise includes extensive experience as a DMV Compliance Examiner; Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer Training Instructor;  ownership and day to day operations of an independent dealership, Banking and Financial Planning  and culminating in the grand opening of Dealer Consulting Services, Inc. (DCS, Inc.), a company established to service the automobile industry since 1999.
